Seagulls Guesthouse Makeover

The roof of this guesthouse was given a fresh lease on life with the exquisite hue of Dulux ‘The Remarkables.’ Before the application of this specially selected colour, preparations included masking out and thoroughly cleaning the roof, addressing any screw repairs where necessary, followed by a specialised spray application.

Dulux Ōkārito was used for the trim colour, further enhancing the guesthouse’s overall appeal. ‘Lyttleton’ was the chosen colour for the gutters and fascia, and the application process involved careful detailing and a specialised spray technique on the weatherboard cladding.

The soffits, doors, and windows received a refreshing coat of ‘Okarito,’ harmonising with the trim colour. The cladding was painted in ‘Lyttleton.’ This popular and complex soft grey, featuring a subtle green undertone, added a layer of depth and character to the building’s facade.
